We’re ecstatic to announce that we won gold at last night’s Design Effectiveness Awards with Kabuto Noodles. Since we helped create the brand back in 2011, it has grown from strength to strength – a testament to the power and longevity of its iconic design. We’d like to say a huge thank you and congratulations to founder Crispin Busk who has worked bravely and boldly to make Kabuto the success it is.
Our Client Partner Kerry travelled to Bergen recently to deliver a talk to Norway’s business movers and shakers on the success of the BEAR brand. Focusing on B&B’s strategic and creative input, Kerry explained how the multi-million pound brand has been able to resonate with consumers, retailers and kids alike.
What a lovely surprise to see Pippa of Pip & Nut gracing the pages of the Sunday Times this weekend. Sharing acorns of wisdom from her start-up experience that have resulted in 400% sales growth last year, this lady is definitely cracking the nut market!
We were delighted to see the wonderful Just Bee team on Dragon’s Den this weekend. Their naturally delicious honey infused spring water created quite a buzz, and though they turned down Peter Jones’ investment, they’ve since secured listings with Boots, Waitrose and Holland & Barrett! Great news for getting more Vitamin Bee in your life!
Pop into Selfridges between 7.30am and 12.30pm every day until 12th February to enjoy the new Pip & Nut toast bar. Whipping up protein packed, naturally nutritious nut butter recipes from their brilliant cookbook, Pip & Nut have got your mornings covered!
Brighten up your morning commute by watching out for our fantastic new Kabuto noodle ads on the underground! And while you’re at it, why not brighten up your lunch too and grab yourselves a pot!
It’s not unusual to find our Creative Partner Shaun pontificating about graphic design with a bottle of whisky in his hands, but happily on this occasion he had the excuse of being a member of the judging panel at the World Drinks & Whiskies Awards. Alongside some of the great and good of the spirits industry, Shaun debated and discussed the merits of each entrant’s packaging design, with the winners to be announced in March.
If you’ve been racking your brains about what to get the man in your life this Christmas, our friends over at Bulldog have a great suggestion in their new advert. After all, everyone needs some skincare TLC now and then – even elves!
Our friends at Dalston’s Drinks are popping up all over the media this week. First their delicious craft sodas were recommended on Stylist’s Style List, then company founder Duncan was interviewed for the telly box on London Live about the joys of running a start-up.
We were delighted to hear news of the amazing growth and business success of two of our clients – Fever-Tree and Bulldog – in this week’s Grocer magazine. Both brands came to us with pre-existing but under-performing designs that we were able to fix. By understanding each brand’s DNA and essential equities, we injected greater clarity, confidence and consistency to their visual identities, setting them on course for a brighter future!
Our eco-friendly packs for Soaper Duper were featured in the latest Sunday Times Style Magazine. In a glowing report of the brand’s natural and affordable bath & body products, the divine India Knight was mightily and rightly impressed that all the packaging we created is recycled or recyclable (or both!).
Not only does The Duppy Share boast one of the most beautiful bottles in the rum category, it’s one of the very best tasting rums too! According to Dave Broom’s definitive guide – Rum The Manual – The Duppy Share scores highly blended with all tested mixers, and particularly brilliantly for coconut water, with an unbeatable 5* rating. We say try it with some lush Rebel Kitchen Coconut Water!
The innovative men’s hair range we created for celebrity hair stylist Jamie Stevens stars in this week’s Stylist magazine. The feature on the latest beauty trends for men covers surfer curls, nail varnish and beard transplants – who knew?
Our third campaign for Kabuto Noodles launched this September. Appearing in foodie magazines and on the London Underground, the ads built on Kabuto’s penchant for reworking nuggets of ancient wisdom with a noodly twist.
The team at BEAR has upped sticks from its home in Clerkenwell to a bigger, better and brand new cave on the Southbank. We’ve been busy helping them with the interior design, installing both a cosy treehouse and a market stall for displaying product.
Our favourite design details include tiny fire escapes for mice, a monster under the stairs and a tiny squirrel who turns up the heat.
