Shaun - Creative partner, started his career at Lewis Moberly in 1992 before
moving to Pearlfisher in 1997. As Creative Director he headed up the design studio, winning
many creative accolades, as well as helping Pearlfisher become the leading agency for design
effectiveness. Shaun now heads up everything creative at B&B and is looking “to not only win
awards (of course that would be nice) but to also produce great work for brands I love, work

Kerry - Client Partner, started her professional career at what is now The Brand
Union in 1998 before moving to Pearlfisher in 2002. Kerry was part of the management team
and headed up Client Services, building a talented team of account directors and account
managers. Kerry now heads up everything involving clients at B&B and is looking "to also
work on some great brands as well as build strong relationships with clients that extend over
